Hon Brooke van Velden, Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, is seeking feedback on the work health and safety regulatory system.

The Minister is keen to hear from businesses and workers affected by current regulations. You’re invited to discuss your experiences with New Zealand’s work health and safety regulatory system.

This is an opportunity to share your thoughts on the law, regulations, guidance, WorkSafe, and the responsibilities of businesses, workers, regulators and others within the system.

What to Expect:

Come ready to share your experiences—what’s working, what’s not, and any specific examples. Detailed feedback can be submitted online.
